Facilities at Stansted Airport
London Stansted Airport offers a huge range of shops and food outlets.

Family Facilities
Most restaurants and bars provide high chairs and children's menus. Boots supply baby essentials such as nappies, formula milk and baby wipes.
Packs containing crayons and a colouring book can be picked up free from either Frankie and Benny's or J D Wetherspoons.
There are two baby change facilities before security at Stansted; one in international arrivals, and the other near UK and Ireland arrivals. After security there is a babycare facility located behind EstPresso and World of Whiskies.
The entertainment centre provides you with a selection of video games and for fruit machines for adults.
Other Facilities
Cash dispensers are available both before and after security search. All cash dispensers will accept all valid UK bank and building society cards (i.e. Link affiliated) without surcharge. They also accept major credit cards.
Help points are located throughout the Airport. The Airport provides free wheelchair push/provision or help with baggage within the complex. For those requiring assistance at the set down area on the terminal forecourt, help phones are located outside the revolving entry doors as well as along the outer lane pavement for the same purpose.
The airport information desk is located in the international arrivals area. It's open daily from 05:30 to 01:30 hours and can help with rail ands bus enquiries, flight information and paging calls. The information desks also offer a wide range of facilities including:
- Photocopying (20p per sheet)
- Faxing (£1.50 within the United Kingdom, £2 outside the United Kingdom)
- Receiving Faxes (20p per sheet)
- Paging Cards (20p each)
- Shower access including towel (£5)
Please note that when the information desk is closed, courtesy telephones are situated around the terminal and satellite buildings, which have a direct link to the information desk (these are in operation 24 hours a day).

For property lost or found at the airport only contact +44 (0)1279 663293 (09.30 to 16.30 daily). For all property lost or found on board an aircraft, please contact the relevant airline direct.
Post boxes can be found near check-in zone E, next to WH Smiths, in the Departure lounge, next to WH Smiths and in International arrivals, next to WH Smiths. (Due to security, large packages will not fit through the opening of the post boxes).
All parts of London Stansted airport is now smoke free. You can smoke in designated areas located outside terminal buildings (before security control only). Please note that there are not any smoking facilities after security control.
Stansted's Airport Chapel is set up as an interdenominational and multi-faith chapel, available to all who seek a place for quiet and prayer. It is located opposite Caffe Alba, in check-in zone J.
